When I try to end it everything freezes and I wind up having to close the browser.

Between this and issues with my image/template hosting service, I have had a very hard time getting any new items listed.

Can you confirm you are listing a new item from scratch and not reposting or editing or listing similar etc.

    Gazza,

When I was trying to list I was using listing similar. I gave up trying to list anything else becasue of that. I am trying to move items from eBay to here but because of the fact that I have a lot a script in my eBay items from auctivia (my listing tool on eBay) it is easier for me to just cut and paste but if I can't get anything listed in collectables it is not worth even trying.

Ensure any scripts that you call in your description are https and not http .

eBid now runs on all https pages as all reputable websites now should so you will need to make sure you are calling secure scripts.

Yes that is why I use eBid's template for the listing and just cut and paste the description part and import all the photos from my PC. That is why I do not use the Ninja Lister to import my items from eBay since there a lot of it will be HTTP and I am not going to sit there and re-code and delete all of the listing.

I know that eBay and Auctiva are not HTTPS which is another reason why I want to list on here since since eventually eBay will not be seen anymore in some browsers and eBay does not give a crap about it.

For those of us using Photobucket.com to host photos embedded in our descriptions and even those used in the design of our templates will probably be having issues now that that site has decided to charge $400 for what was for so long, FREE.

Of course, with another eBid site revamp in the works, it might not matter anyway.
