    Default Problems replying to question sent re: item

    Hi,
    Have had several questions from prospective buyer for item and have replied. Latest question doesn't seem to allow me to answer this time, and I can't really remember how I responded last time that worked.
    Anyone else having problems?

    Have you kept the original email eBid sent you to tell there was a question on your listing?

    If you have, you should be able to use that link again to add new answer.

    Aah...! Thank you - that must be how I replied before - totally forgot that.
    Thank you for your help - yet another senior moment (why do they multiply on a daily basis? sorry, I've forgotten the question!).

    I had a new buyer (zero feedback) several days ago, i sent them an invoice and 2 reminders, then i emailed them today to see if they still wanted the item. The buyer said they had sent me several messages asking if they could pay via cheque. I have not received any of these messages via ebid. All sorted now though via email

    In fact i have just had to email another new zero feedback buyer and that has also been sorted via email.

    Anyone else had this problem

    Weren't the buyer's messages showing in your My eBid dashboard in the dropdown ASL? I don't always get a notfication from eBid that there is a message for me on my dashboard; but always see it when I check the ASL.

    This thread confirms my belief that there's a long term ongoing problem with the site randomly failing to generate emails.
