    Very true.

Thank you Sid for explaining to burgyeb in a way he could understand, I had thought he would understand where he went wrong by reading the thread again but obviously I was mistaken.

    Burgybeb,
What are your feelings on users you blackballed because they bid on your items not realizing you didn't accept PayPal. And now the seller ACCEPTS PayPal but the willing bidder is still blackballed?

If you are not OK with being charged a fee for selling something that was not sold, then there are other options.

Allow the sale to complete; give buyer adequate time to make payment (I give 7 days usually); send buyer payment reminders (I send 3 during the 7 days); if buyer does not pay, I leave appropriate feedback, and mark them as "NPB" in the ASL (After Sale Log). Two days later, you will automatically be refunded. If you do not receive your refund after this cumbersome process, then contact support for assistance.

Just remember to remove the buyer from your list unless you are sure you want to block any future buying from you by this person.

I would follow the second procedure, but I'd purposely leave them blackballed.
