relisting error

I tried to relist an item and got this error:

The item is a stamp from North Korea, and I changed the overseas postage after cancellation to not available because of a problem with a US buyer who was not able to pay because of US/North Korea trade restriction. It does not contain passwords, phone numbers or credit cards.

you raised this issue a while ago and I commented at the time I was suffering from it and as suggested brought it to the attention of support but the issue still persists

if I use google chrome from my pc I get this error message but if I remote desktop into my office and use google chrome I don't get this error message. most bizarre.

that suggests a settings error within google chrome on the pc but I don't now where to find it
