I didn't know that! I thought that each Authority had its own rules/regs. It also seems it has all changed since I got my pass a lifetime or two ago....

My local Authority has changed greatly I see ~

That is quite an achievement in my books considering many of my loved ones
never reached that age (including my mom and dad and both sisters).
