PPPay error message via email

Hi all,
Does anyone have a clue what the following email means in normal English?

"Your CallBack script https://www.ebid.net/perl/pppay.cgi requires an HTTP header to be sent. This is used by PPPay to ensure the script is active.<p>HTTP/1.1 301 Moved Pe"

I had a purchase from a new ebidder, I guess payment attempt via PPPay has failed...

Would suggest you contact support@ebid.net as eBid also own PPPay.
