Thread: Not getting an email notification for multiple items shipped

    Default Not getting an email notification for multiple items shipped

    I have my email preference ticked to receive an email for when I enter shipping details on the ASL.

    When I send a notification for a single item, that the item has been shipped, I get an email but when I go through an invoice and mark 'all as shipped' for multiple items I fail to get an email for this. Does this mean my buyer fails to get an email too when I go via the invoice ? I've noticed this happening several time now.

    It registers on both ASLs whether or not you get an email, so the buyer can see that multiple items have been sent

    Yes I know that Bill but often a newbie just does a purchase and wouldn't go back to look at the ASL unless they have a problem.

    I want to know that my buyer has been notified by email, communication is all important with a sale in my opinion. If you should get an email through and it doesn't arrive then that is a glitch that needs to be fixed.
