Exclamation Make Google Shopping available worldwide.

I Bought a Seller + Subscription, because I want to use ebid as my main platform. But after publishing few items I've noticed that none of them are visible in google shopping, even adding EXEMPT and filling the information properly.

Then I read again the Help webpage https://www.ebid.net/us/help/selling-on-ebid/ and I've found what I think can be the problem:

"We will upload your items to Google Shopping within minutes of you listing them if Google Shopping is available in your home country."

In my country google doesn't work, and the reason of buying the Seller+ account was to use this website a lot. But then I've realized that if my items aren't shown in google shopping, provably I won't get any sale.

I've tried to sell my items in ebid.net/us to make them visible in google shopping, but every time I'm being redirected to ebid.net/as.

Is there a solution for this problem?

Google Shopping is run by Google, not eBid.

Yes, it's Google you should complain to as there is nothing eBid can do about that.

You cannot pretend to sell from a different country but you can ship worldwide on eBid from your home country by offering overseas postage rates.

I am so confused with the google shopping. I can see one of my listings from Ebid. Yet similar from that "they shall not be named" from other sellers are listed in abundance.

There are some things ebid can do, one is allow people to change their countries in their information details, so they can publish items like if they where in other countries.

Even using a VPN and emulate that I'm in USA, when I try to add a new item I'm redirected to ebid.net/as the ebid for China, because is the country I've registered my account.

I will open a support ticket asking to change my account country, I'll write here the response, it can be useful for other people.

Isn't that rather dishonest regarding tax ?
Personally I like to know where the things I buy come from as it takes a varying amount of time to be delivered from country to country and also manufacturing can be different.

If I want to change the country, is not for tax evasion purposes, it is because without the advertise that Google shopping provides is hard to sell items on Ebid.

Honestly Ebid is not as well known as other auction platforms, and Google shopping is needed if you want to reach the buyers that have never heard of ebid or don't use it regularly, and unfortunately the number of those is huge.

Yes I understand the reason why you would want to do this but I'm just pointing out that I don't think eBid would allow that. I would have thought they would be bound by the tax laws to only allow people to sell from their own countries. You can always try asking them anyway.

In a number of your listing titles you have a "/" . Google is very fussy on syntax. Try removing the / and see if that helps.

    Hi there Liuexpress

I just checked one of your listings with free shipping to USA especially your policies.

We ship globally. Thus we don't cover returns for items shipped globally. Buyers returning such items will be refunded ONLY for the item's cost and not for the shipping.

Are you saying that if I returned an item to you, that you would deduct shipping costs from the item cost before refunding me?
