Where on earth are the messages?

Hi there,

This may come across as such an obvious question and answer but i cannot locate the message inbox anywhere to deal with queries from buyers? (New to eBid)

Messages come in under the Q&A section at the top of your My eBid page. A buyer can contact you either via your listing, when it is live, or after a sale on the after sales log. You cannot contact a perspective buyer until they ask you a question unless it is through private messaging on the forums.
Please note that if someone contacts you on a listing your reply will be public and not private and will be shown on the listing. Hope this helps.
