    G'day again!

You may recall a native orchid I found by the side of the road in a Gum tree about 20K's from me.
Sadly, those pix have now been lost thanks to the P - bucket That was earlier in the year, about Feb/Mar I think?
Anyhow, I've been back again this morning, as I spotted it in bloom recently, & needed a photo to identify it.
IMHO it is the native species Cymbidium canaliculatum var suave - It has at least 20 spikes of blooms that I could count, given that I didn't want to go plunging into the long grass ATM, as it is "snake season"
Thankfully I have a zoom button! ENJOY!

I have 3 pix loaded there meebs which I see no problem!
These are hosted & uploaded from my own puter.
Don't know why you can't see them, & wonder if anyone else is having the same worry???
    Perhaps you could ask support!
In any event, I'll fire off a report on it to them.

That's great meebs - I've had an answer from support that my pix appear to be showing correctly & asking what browser you use?
They had a screen cast of my pix to show they are seeing them. I use Firefox & Win 10
Anyhow, I'm happy it's working for you now.
    Cheers, Allen.

I remember the pics you posted of those orchids. So sorry you "lost" them, but it was a good excuse to get out and about

    Hi all
Well I got my 2 free trees, but not the 2 I was hoping for. Beggars can't be choosers I guess!
The list of available plants this time was very short, as compared to previous years, & I was apparently working off a 3 year old list.
Wouldn't you think that the Council would update their web site occaisonally
Anyhow, I ended up with Grevillea 'Jester' & Grevillea 'Ned Kelly' - I'll get pix of my babies when they're in the ground.
Net shots of what I hope mine will end up looking like!

    Cheers ladies!
Yes I'm happy with them, & the best thing is that these are bee, butterfly & nectar bird eating magnets!
But I'm not getting too excited just yet, as mine are only about 6" high ATM & will take several years before they look anything like those pix.
As far as the previous years "Bottlebrush" trees go, I've missed getting pix of this seasons blooms, but they have put on growth & have about doubled in height since I planted them. So far, so good! Hope to remember the pix next time.
Pouring down rain here ATM - Yippeee!
