Tell that to Paypal. They are the people who impose the ban and cause the problems.

I have just received payment via Paypal for stamps issued by Zimbabwe. No problems. This gets more curious!!

I just heard on the news the the recent Obama U.S. agreements with Cuba are being reviewed by Trump. I'm still not sure if I can offer my Cuba coins with PayPal as a payment option.

I'm going to edit, that President Trump said the Obama agreements are overturned, so I would expect that PayPal will have Cuba on the embargo list again.

I never did change the Cuba coins to accept PayPal, but have them listed with a special payment notation in the instructions.

Is it possible to instruct buyers that PayPal can be used but the payment must be sent manually, and that PayPal can't be integrated in to the auction so that PayPal is unable to see the name of the item sold? Doesn't eBid work like this for sellers using the free verification only account?

    Looks like a good idea.

    But "Store Description
Payment for items in this store is by USA Money Order, Personal checks(goods shipped after payment has cleared."

I wonder if you could add a brief explanation there that it's because of Paypal banning certain countries? Otherwise someone might imagine you're a scammer trying to get the buyer to use unsafe methods?

FBNeNotes, Are you suggesting that it is not possible to turn off PayPal on individual listings, but that you have to create a store with PayPal turned off across the whole store?

No I am not suggesting. That is me... Could be invoice problems ahead. This is all just extremely bothersome.
A Paypal purchase, then a no Paypal purchase.. send customer 2 seperate invoices, crazy.

    Hi Guys

I suspect that the problems with those Countries has been solved..

I have been buying and selling Cuba, Iran & Iraq for several months now on Stamporama and I ONLY use PayPal.

Ebay will not accept a listing of Cuba last time I tried (2 Months ago)

    Cheers

    Steve.
