    the comment that i submitted hasn't been shown as well....and they're no longer submitting comments now...so this is a blatant attempt by the Daily mail again courting Ebay in order to secure some of their advertising budget.

    Perhaps too many negative comments relating to the site in question were received and they thought that this isn't what they expected to see...plus the promoting of another site (Ebid) by way of comments was all a bit too much for them....its blatant though.

    maybe I missed it because I did really just skim the article, but I did not see ebid mentioned in it anywhere except in your comment Kreative, which I gave a thumbs up to.

    Just above the panel that says "I MADE MORE THAN EXPECTED, BUT IT'S BEEN SPENT ALREADY" it says "EBay is not the only online auction site. Others to consider include eBid and CQout. Other sites that allow you to sell items at a set price include Amazon, handmade and vintage goods trader Etsy and classified adverts website Gumtree."

    Good to see that eBid is the first of the alternatives mentioned.
