Mainly to the UK but by no means all - it amazes me that people buy knitting patterns to be posted to the US or Australia but it happens all the time.

Coins also tend to go around the world and I've been selling a lot of those (£35 worth yesterday!)

Here's an unpopular idea:

You've heard the saying "you gotta spend money to make money"
How badly would it hurt you to raise the fees by 1%?
And invest the money in advertising.
I believe It would actually do us all some good.

How bad is 1%?
Advertising could easily make that back.
