WOW brilliant. We should make this link a "sticky" for newbies to read.

Have tried to get a follow up on the original article a few times and my recent sales managed to do it. Also looks like it might be having the desired effect as there is a post at 9.30 where a seller says they are looking at eBid as another venue.

It would help if other sellers could get on the bandwagon, the more trumpet blowers in the band the more it will be heard. If anybody has good sales you can always let me know as I will be keeping Chris Dawson informed of developments, just PM me if there is anything you think they might be interested in.

Having talked to Chris at length on the phone one thing does stand out, Tamebay get no information from eBid themselves. It is as though the site has been ostracised. He has stated that he is not anti eBid and will gladly publish positive articles on the site but when he does he wants to know that they are true. He published my story only after I could satisfy him as to my figures. It would be good if eBid could mend any broken bridges, we need all the good publicity we can get and if all Tamebay gets is what the sellers who have tried eBid and not sold then that is what they will publish.

squern would be a good one to add something to that. He could easily have been banned from selling on ebay through no fault of his own so chose to move here and within a couple of months was selling successfully.

Anybody who has a story to tell I can inform Chris and it might get published. It might be good if we could show a story where somebody joined eBid recently with a kind of eBay mentality that did not get the sales at first, who then took the advice given and is now selling successfully.
