Default Looking for a little help with size options

Hey everyone, I'm new here and would really appreciate a little help on what I should do with sizes. I want to open a shop to sell my stock, I have multiple sizes of the same item, but I noticed that when inputting the data to sell an item, there is no option to add multiple colours or sizes.

I was wondering that the "norm" is here in this regard? Do most people add multiple entries, one for each size, or do they list the sizes in their description and get the customer to email them the size that they would like?

My problem with the latter is that it just seems like hassle for the customer. Surely you want to make things as simple as possible for the customer?

As you can see, I'm a little perplexed over this, so any insight or advice is greatly welcome. Thank you in advance.

    Ray.

Since eBid have yet to implement the long promised variation listings, most people list multiple listings, each clearly showing the size and colour choice within the listing title. Every title must be different as duplicate titles may get the listing removed by the (automatic?) process that checks for sellers failing to use the correct multi-listing format.

Also, before you say it, yes, this is a pain in the bum for sellers with lots of similar items, but it's what we are stuck with for now.

Ah ok, it's not too much an issue for me, I guess. Just that little extra time needed to list everything.

Thank you for the information, though. I'm now looking forward to getting my eBid adventure underway!

Then again, more listings = more exposure

To be fair, I didn't realise how easy it was going to be list the same thing several times for different sizes. Just using "Sell Similar Item" and then changing the small details couldn't make it easier to do it.
