List Auction : Small Problem

LOL and I guess sometimes things are strange and trying. I wasn't able to bid at the last part of YDC for some reason -- I am not able to list anything now for some reason -- after 6 attempts to contact eBid support I am still not able to get a response (auto or live) so I guess my emails are not getting through for some reason. So guess I will wait until my answer appears and finds the reason.

Always thought Gazza or Mark beamed in on these "Website Glitches" Thread or posts. Times must be changing or "there must be some reason." Maybe the reason is I thought wrong....or there must be some reason.

I've sent an email on your behalf to support Peggy and I've had a ticket number for it so hopefully you should get some help soon. I asked them to email you or come to this thread.

Thank you Becky and all who were trying to help with this.

I have now listed 2 new listings and all went well.

I have received my email from eBid and sent them a thank you but I have received the following message so they didn't get my thank you email either. I don't know if the problem is somewhere between me and eBid ****** something on my end or eBids end ****** but my emails are not going through so if you don't mind please let them know this and thanks again.

Not really. If the problem is something that is preventing you using the site then you are better off, in my experience, using direct email.

Can you confirm the problem.. You are receiving Error C00CM when attempting to make a bid?

Thank you Gazza, the error code was from 11/3/17 while trying to create a listing and there was no error code when I attempted to bid. The problem when I tried to bid on a YDC auction was they wanted a quantity given and YDC auctions are not even run where a quantity can be chosen so I couldn't enter the quantity.

Below is a copy of the email I sent to eBid Support 11/3/17 when I couldn't create a listing. Sorry support didn't get the email but apparently my emails were not getting through. Everything seems to be working now though and thanks to you, support and all eBid members who were trying to help. Also sorry for any confusion I may have caused.
