    What does this mean.

    Do I remove it?

    I believe it is for you to export a copy of your sold listing to your computer, if you want a record of it. I do not believe it deletes it. Things like that - items you've sold, usually drop off the radar after 75 or 90 days or something, so if you want a copy before it disappears, then to an export.

    I do export on all my listings as a batch before I do any bulk edit, but that's the only time. A business might want to have a different backup system.

    Hopefully you will get another opinion, or more ideas. I know I occasionally make mistakes!!
