    One time I had an 2 doctors appts, across the street from one another. I lost 6 pounds when I went to the 2nd one. I would have been depressed if it were the other way around! My scales are not exact but they show the difference when I drop a pound or 2.

    I was supposed to check in on Wednesday...so only 2 days late...lol

    Weight loss clinic weigh in.....I have lost 5 lbs in two weeks and since this is my 2nd weigh in there, 5lbs is also my total weight loss since starting to attend the clinic.

    My 1st weight loss goal for this year is to have lost a stone by the end of March

    I missed Feb 1 but I have lost another pound. 17 more to go then I will need to set another goal!

    I missed that date too...lol

    I have been going along to the weight loss clinic run by a bunch of nurses at the local medical centre. I go along every other week with one of 'my ladies' to support her.

    Last time (30th January) I had lost another 2lbs so that's 8 lbs gone so far

    Swapping notes with other people has gone a long way to helping me stay focused...that and having clear doable goals.

    My first goal is to lose 14lbs by the end of March so I am on track for the time being.

    Today I am mostly eating melon, blueberries, strawberries, grapes and Chinese crackers...and drinking green tea

    My new healthy eating plan must be working as the nurse got all her sums wrong at appears that since January 2nd I have lost 14.5 lbs (roughly 6 kilos)

    I lost half a stone playing with my dog in the snow in the garden lol.. She loves to chase the snowballs.. Still not got my treadmill yet, but should have it within the next few weeks )

    It helps to set clear and doable goals

    "I want to lose weight" doesn't work nearly as well as "I will lose 14lbs by the end of March"

    That was the goal I set...it helps me stay on track.
