    Default Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr

Not sure if it's my laptop ( Acer aspire ) or windows 7 - but it's just happened again and is sooooo annoying. In the middle of doing something, computer suddenly decides to switch itself off with NO warning to configure windows updates. Does anyone else have this problem? A 10 second warning would be nice !!!!!
Nutty by name, nutty by nature.

I've had that happen in past and more recently, too, most annoying indeed. Usually I get a few seconds warning, but sometimes not. I wonder if there's a way to fix it so you can schedule updates when it's convenient rather than have them thrust upon you? I suspect our techie members will know more about this.

Best wishes for many sales to all,
