Just wanted to share this cute and fast pearl brooch pattern. Thought someone who's into crochet jewelry might want to give it a try!




WHITE PEARL BROOCH
Materials: 1 ball white No. 10 crochet cotton, 1.50mm crochet hook, silver brooch pin [shown above], sewing needle, white thread, pearl beads with hole through top [a lot of these beads have the hole lengthwise].

Measurements: Approximately 2cm [.75ins] deep, 4.5cm [1.75ins] wide.

Stitches: Chain, Slip Stitch, Treble.

Begin by working 9ch.

1st Row: Work 1tr in 3rd ch from hook, 1tr in each remaining ch to end of row. Turn.

2nd Row: Work 2ch, 1tr into each of next 6sts.

3rd Row: *Work [2ch, 1tr, 2ch] into 1st st, ss in next st. Repeat from * 6 times. Fasten off.

Using a sewing needle and white thread, sew pearls onto edge of groups.
