    G'day all

Good to see you're OK booksie! since you've been busy listing - then you're excused!
Cheers for the music, & glad the rain songs worked. I'll have to try that.

Wyo - that cream can dinner sounds good to me - not that I'd be allowed to go anywhere near one (not on my diet)
I can definitely see blue heeler in Buddy, & I think he may have some Kelpie there also? Love those soulful eyes of Angel, what a sweetie!
Looks like Sadie soaked up all the pink out of that carpet.

Shesa, glad the trip went well - small steps is the way to go, by way of testing the neck out - you'll soon find your limits.
Yes, break the feed bag job down into smaller bucket size trips - that's way too heavy for you in one attempt. OR get a kindly neighbour!

OK - I'll have to add a rain song or 2 - plus a drink.

Sorry Old Didn't mean to get your drool going. LOL! I snapped a couple of pictures of Buddy this am. I'm thinking maybe some greyhound or whippet in his ancestry.

I think I may be having a Monday. I let Buddy out this am and it just rained and he's wet now.

    Sadie story -
I was out in the yard last night talking to the neighbor and Miss Sadie comes along looks at the weeds around me, selects one she likes, grabs it with her mouth and begins to pull. The little stinker pulled the weed out of the ground and ran off with it. I'm thinking she was watching me pull weeds earlier and thought, shucks I can do that.

Sadie was sleeping until I got to the door. She sits at the front gate and waits for me to get home when I go across the street to Buddy's.

Hi Wyo - Sadie looks all spruced up now (& dry)
I would encourage the weed pulling game - as long as she doesn't run off & plant them somewhere else!
With Buddy it's a bit hard to tell when they're still a pup. When he fills out, you may have a better idea?
Then again, he could be a "Heinz" - one of their 57 varieties. - Blue Heeler is a definite!
If he holds his tail in a downward pointing arch, that would strengthen my Kelpie guess?

Well done Brody, now that's how to paint.

Here's a couple of tunes to help the painting along a bit.

Now after the other day playing a few rain songs we had rain for just over a hour, nothing since. We are supposed to be getting some biggish downpours later today and tomorrow so maybe I need to help them along the way !

    G'day all

    Cheers for the music booksie!
Wyo - Sadie looks all grown up now - plus clean & dry! Glad to see the pink stain is gone.

Yep! I think Brody is well on the way to becoming a Smurf (in that photo)

Recently found these 2 young geetarists on the tube.

    Hey, all!

Wyo - thanks for the education on Cream Can supper - I'd never heard of it. I guess sweet Buddy's father will have to remain his mama's "secret"! And she may not even know, as more than one male can sire pups in the same litter - what a floozie!! LOL!!! Miss Sadie is becoming quite the Mama's little helper with her new weed pulling trick! LOL!!!

Books - so glad you had some rain! A couple of days ago we had a downpour that lasted about 15 minutes and that's been it for about a month now - barely settled the dust on the road. On the plus side, maybe I won't need to have the grass cut again this year??

Old - little Brody is so cute!! I really miss being around little ones at that age - if it weren't such a huge commitment (every day school is in session) I'd love to join the Grandparent's Program (teacher's helper). I was telling Mom the other day about the Cocktail Lounge and when I got to telling her about your passion for steel guitars, she told me she had one back in the early 50's. Unfortunately, before she got to take lessons, my grandpa was transferred again (Army) and she chose her accordion over the guitar.

Thanks for all the choons! I've started watching a series of concerts held at Red Rocks Amphitheater in CO. The first one was Cheap Trick. I hope the videos play for you - the amphitheater is just awesome!! The first concert was held in the early 1900's.

Good News!! I saw my neurosurgeon on Friday and I have "passed inspection"!! My only limit now is not to raise more than 35 lbs over my head - guess it's a good thing I got that metal roofing over the chicken coops when I did - LOL!! He gave me 12 sessions of physical therapy but said if I only wanted to go a couple of times to learn exercises to do at home, that would be okay too. That's what I'm hoping for - I can take their exercises and figure out how to do them while I'm getting work done at home - LOL!!! I'm hoping they have one called "Pull the Weeds in the Flower Beds"!!!

    Y'all take care!!

    Shes
