We have had a sharp frost overnight, all gone now as the sun is out, blue skies .... a lovely winter's day!

I also used to love to watch Jason King meebs. (I think I fancied him then, way back in the 70's .... !)
We still have the video player, it isn't used much now though as it's mostly CD's.

All quiet here after a hectic arrival of the little ones, they are now fed and watered (little Ava is asleep already).
They have had a busy day at nursery/play group. They were all dressed up in fancy dress, Isla was Snow White, Ava Cinderella. So pretty and cute!

I wished that I had taken photo's now - but I was so preoccupied with getting the meals for everyone and then getting them into the bath and bedded down, I forgot!

Teagan has sent me some pics ... so I'll share a few.

Trish, thank you for understanding Tinnitus, unless you have it it's difficult to comprehend.
That Beach Boys choon with the pheramin instrument is a similar sort of noise that a sufferer can hear, pitch and duration can vary. It can also be a whooshing noise which can be disconcerting when it happens.
I've had it since I was a youngster so I am used to it, it can be a mild annoyance or a major nuisance, a bit like a woman

Old what a nice song, a new one for me, not heard it before.
You have certainly educated me with the great variety of music from Oz that you play.

I hope everyone is keeping OK, I hope JR makes a full recovery.
