Me too. I've deleted everything. Most of the stuff was from when I did my own templates but since the site revamp they were no longer needed anyway.

Yes I did the same! Everything was marked as Private - but I still deleted whole albums after downloading what I wanted, then deleted the account.
They wanted a reason for leaving - SO I gave them a couple to mull over!
I think at US$399.00 (AU$504.20) per year, is way beyond the pale! PLUS you most likely have to pay yet more to go ad free?

Thank you for the kind thoughts every one. I have been keeping busy and it is lonely here, but life must go on. I think this is the first time in 23 years that there has only been 2 legged creatures in this house. I will post some pictures of what I have been doing, aside from cleaning and all the regular jazz.

Trish I'm sorry to have started this mess. Hope JR is better by now. Be sure you take care of yourself while he is "laid up". I think I'll just say a prayer for everybody. My best wishes to all.

This is rodeo week in Cheyenne and I'm going to have to go and groceries (groan). I think some people are cutting wheat too, but I haven't seen any evidence of it aside from seeing no one around town.

It has been hot here, of course it is July after all. anyway here are my pictures -

Wyo ~ wow! I love those round mats / doileys ~ how beautiful!
How big are they? Are they Mats? Doilies? Coasters?
    Type of yarn? double?
    Just lovely! Thanks for showing.

edit: is the cowl/scarf hairpin with hook connections and edging?
What size hook and how many ch to the inch (scale) for the "mats/doilies"?

    Please, pretty please....

They are dish cloths made out of double strand bedspread cotton or #10 cotton crochet thread. I'm actually trying to use up some scraps and that's how I get all the colors to feed my imagination. They are 9 inches in diameter and I use a "0" (2mm) hook.

The one with the pink flowers is a dish cloth pattern made with an "F" hook and worsted weight cotton yarn and it is 12 inches in diameter and it is double thickness as most of my trivets are.

The cowl is not hairpin, just crocheted in the back loops DK weight yarn I used an "I" (5.5mm) hook for a lacier look, I think the pattern calls for an "H" (5.00mm). The pattern calls for mohair yarn, which I couldn't find, but I found this lovely soft yarn made in Turkey - 50% washable wool and 50% acrylic I purchased the pattern on the handmade site, but I changed it a bit. If you are interested I can PM you the details.

a 2mm hook!!! Wow! My favourite one to use.... stuff takes longer but oh it's so worth it! The details of the dish cloths would be really, really, really, really, really appreciated!!! and then some! Love them to bits!!! Dish cloths! Crikey, those are some dish cloths!

I haven't the patience for the cowl ~ smaller projects are my thing at the moment but thank you so much for offering.

Isn't it all such a fascinating, experimental, creative and totally absorbing way to keep fingers busy and shut brain up from the mundane? Just brilliant!

ps.... have you done any amigurumi?

Just found these guys, don't always like cover versions unless they are somewhat different to the original. These have nailed it.
