Yikes, a snake in the house!
I like spiders though, but not poisonous ones unless they are imprisoned.

The snake catcher will probably go and put it near another house in the area and wait for the call-out. Gotta make a living .

All my listings have ended now, but are safely stored in my spreadsheets in 2 different places, wouldn't like to start from scratch again!

There is a hail storm ouside at the moment and heavy snow is expected so I am happy to stay indoors today, keep warm and listen to some choons.

Here's a copy of the list of snakes found in my region. The snake catchers have to fill in a quarterly report to their local permit authority, & this is an extract from my service invoice! The ticked one was my uninvited guest.
A large proportion on the list are very nasty indeed. Personally, I wouldn't like to be bitten by any of them! (we have some nasty spiders too)
As Billy Connolly said - "get bitten by one of these b^&*#rds, & ya don't even make it to the pho,,!"

Top of the nasty list here is: Eastern Brown, Tiger snake, Coastal Taipan, Common Death Adder (name says it all) & Red Bellied Black.

I have been in hiding after the first two tests, fair play to the Aussies best team won both! So it looks as though it's gonna be a whitewash, can't really see England winning any of the remainders. The new lads have done quite well but our captain and senior batsman have both failed so far they need to both score in 3 figures for us to have any chance.

I know Pos you don't like cricket yet I find it a great watch even when we get beat.

Hope everyone is avoiding winter colds and that any of us over here who have had snow are coping well. It would be nice to have snow at Christmas, seems like years since we had a proper white Christmas.

Great choons there - & I love the Larkin Poe gals - I have a couple of those geetars, however she plays it better than me!

Yes, the only hope now is that rain stops play! Today, it will be blown away by damaging winds of up to 100k's per hour predicted, although the WACA is at the northern end of the event area - so play may not be affected???
There's no truth in the rumour that Joe Root & team spent the night doing a rain dance!
