Thread: Question About Antique Glass & Pitcher set (West Virginia Glass)

  1. #1

Default Question About Antique Glass & Pitcher set (West Virginia Glass)

I have a set of glasses with a matching pitcher made by the West Virginia Glass company. they are decorated with tulips. I can't find any information on these and was reaching out to the community for some input. Anyone have any idea about the origin or price of these would be?

    Thanks!

    Tom

Tom, sorry if this is a worthless remark, but that glass is remarkable for being hand made. Were it not for that, I would have said the style was pure 1970's. My mom sold lots of W. Virginia Glass in that era, but nothing like that! Good luck.

Also, is that the gold glue-on paper sticker? If so, then maybe it IS from the seventies.

I liked the design made on the glass specially the colors.

For: Handmade - Hand painted? - Still has original label & can be researched.

Against: You are probably missing two glasses.

I'D say $50 dollars and work your way up as you learn more.
