My friend thinks these are all of some value. I hope all the pics come out in order. I am of the opinion that they are modern "repros" but he insistes they are "old" and "valuable"

    Thanks for any advice

    Hi David
Not sure if you are still responding in the thread, but I just bought some old porcelain from the estate sale of a Chinese family here on Vancouver Island.
I have several pieces. bowls mostly, but there is 1-2 really beautifully painted porcelain pieces in particular that I'm curious about.
The old-timer (in his mid-70s) who sold it to me said he remembers his mom crushing and heating medicine concoctions in this first piece on the metal stand..
Any ideas of age or what the writing says on it? I'll include pics of a few other items I got as well

Hi, I have some chinese ivory. I cannot understand the signatures. Any insight will be happily accepted. Period, or value if possible.

    Thanks Neta

Very interesting items listed. Is op still in the house? If so, would appreciate feedback concerning the listed items.

If David is no longer active on eBid, then are there any eBid users familiar with items not addressed yet?

Sorry, not me - I was here to ask a question I guess I'll start researching myself. Here's 2 site I found that might be helpful if you have the time:
