Try using ' instead of the apostrophe.
In this case, it would be:

    Hello,

I have uploaded my zip file with images (just a few listings to test the process), it passes stage one (data integrity check), but when I click the 'launch auctions' button, it tries to launch them but I get the 'An error occurred, click here to continue the upload or delete file' message.
Tried a few times and same result each time

Can anybody offer advice on whats going wrong?

    Thanks in advance,
    Lee

Are the images your uploading from your PC the correct size? 700 x 700 is the max and anything above that will corrupt the file.

    Hi Gill,

Thanks for the reply, although the images are smaller, at 545x477

We're obviously missing something, unless there is a problem with upload on Ebid's side

    Hi guys,

How do we get Gazzas or relevant persons attention to our problem, pointed out in post #54?

This isn't the case. Oversized images are resized to our maximum current size which is 700x700
