On your My Bulk Upload page the results of your upload will be displayed. If any items have failed there will be a Click here to view details link in the Status column.

Click on that and there is a View Log link on the resulting page.

Thanks for your reply astral276, I don't even get that far, it just pops up with a box telling me the file needs to be in csv format with instructions on how to do that, thing is, it already is a tab delimited csv.

I think spreadsheet should be saved as a tab delimited txt file file (.txt or .tsv)

See this help for getting Open Office to output the file in the correct format: http://homepage.ntlworld.com/astral....icks.htm#a0064

If you are unable to get NL to import your file, your best bet is to contact support here: http://uk.ebid.net/contact.php

Attach the data file you are trying to import to the support request so that admin can examine it to locate any problem.

Thanks for that, your right. I renamed my file from *.csv to *.txt and all is fine now.

    Hi all

Has anyone got a sample of what one complete line looks-like so I can open it in open office and see what the layout looks like.

    Thanks in advance

Default Re: Pretty weird error, since I am a registered Seller+ Lifetime member..

Hi there to everyone on Ebid. I am new to Ebid and have high hopes for the site!

I am getting an error message when I upload a spreadsheet of auctions to Ebid. It says the following:

[User 'XXXXX' has a user level of 'SELLER+'. Standard auctions can only be started by SELLER account holders.
STANDARD and PLATINUM auctions are only available to SELLER accounts. SELLER+ accounts should use FREE or GALLERY.

I am registered as a 90 day Seller + with a paid subscription. Does anyone know how I can correct this error.

Also for the life of me I cannot figure out how to start a new post

    Thanks loads
