So sorry to hear that news about Mike Private Buttons.

Crikey, you are having a good day too then Lieutenant Maplegin !
I got my phone call around 9.30am - what was the point of that when they start the deliveries at 7.00am ? At least the mattress has arrived but I've now got a stair carpet that is caked in mud from the delivery men. I wish I had seen that before they left I would have had a little something to say !

Private Meebo you should have typed half in English and half in German just to confuse 'em !

Good morning. Coffee and tea are ready and so is the bread. I can smell it upstairs. I managed to list a few things yesterday, but the pile to list doesn't look any smaller. But today is another day and I know it is rather wet outside. (stuck my head out of the door briefly) It seems to be warmer though.. I'll be around, so be good (if you possibly can)

Morning one and all. Rather damp here at the moment but at least I don't have to go far to replenish supplies as we've run out of bread and milk!

Lost another small one overnight to another newbie, but I did manage a few new listings yesterday and hope to get some more done today.

    Have all a good day.

Thanks for good day wishes Annie just had to have central heating & water boiler repaired, but when you then realise it was the pump & they discovered it was the original & was 29 years old, so not done bad, but its actually quiter now but not much change out of £300 so thats not a good start mind you somer got up as he said he would be here at 8 & he was & I was out with the dog.

Have done our relists, somer is listing & I am going to in a few minuets while we have time as hospital visiting not till tomorrow, now we have sorted him out with a phone its easy enough, that is when he has it switched on.

Hope everyone gets some decent weather here is horrible, wet. & windy.

Mornin' troops. I had better start thinking about making a birthday cake as Cadet Huw is coming tomorrow but at the moment I can't stand the sound of the mixer. It was a good night last night and I think the recycling people will be impressed this week with the amount of beer and wine bottles !

Erm ... a little one seemed to slip out the door yesterday ... hope they haven't noticed !

Just had three nice items of jewelry donated for my to YDC off a lovely lady called Jeannine, restore your faith doesn't it. all I have to do now is list them, i need to look for some more silver'ish chains for some pendants, I must admit to going ott and buying everything I saw fly past, still havent sorted my new shop out as i am going to have to change it into charity and jewelry as i need to sell some of it not for charity, i am in a muddle as usual and mike isnt much help with computer stuff. I will rephrase that to mike is no help with computer stuff whatsoever, i bought him a diamond tester and a metal and gold and silver testing kit he is going round testing everything in the house with it, i have hidden my jewelry just in case he gets any ideas.

maybe not every one does (leave marks) but the one i bought did on a gold diamond ring. There is now a spot where the gold is lighter coloured than the rest. I would try it on something that doesnt show (like the back of a ring)
