we have had very funny skies today, a couple of times btight orange sun, but now seems okay though a bit of wind around we have been to sherborne to the pack Monday market Certasinly not as many stalls as used to be, Somer said he spent more in the \Charity Shop than the market, was just nice to get out & do something.
Both of us are tired so apart from relists don't think much will get done

So...it's 2 months on.
I dropped my levothyroxine to 125mcg as advised in the blood test notes and included 400mg of selenium as I wanted the T4 to go down (from way above the healthy range) and for the T3 to go up.
My blood test results from the test last week have arrived
TSH , T4 and T3 are all within the healthy range (T4 still a tad too high for someone with my health issues)
My basal temperature is a steady 37 degrees
I am very happy with these results and will update in January when my next test result is due
Good morning! I am feeling myself again today. Injection site is still sore, but much better. Moonie, I am pleased that blood test results are heading in the right direction. Tea and coffee are made and i am baking a loaf of pumpkin bread. I hope it'll turn out well, as I don't have any other bread. I think daughter enjoyed her extra stay in Dublin and she should be with us at lunch time. I am still waiting to hear from the hospital. If nothing happens by the weekend, we will book the channel crossing and start packing. I also need a holiday home for Barney. Lots of people have volunteered, but so far the timing is not good. We will see... I'll be back later
Morning - Ophelia has been and gone and the wind has died down - and we're back to our normal dismal grey morning skies.
A trip the postbox later as I had 3 sales to Denmark yesterday [sorry Sarge] but already replaced.
Sunny, good to hear about your blood test results - keep up the good work .
Have all a good day.
Sunny so pleased to hear your bloods are heading the right way, you musy be doing something right.
Nice day out there at present. We have to walk up the road to get our hair cut, & then off to the hospital appointment with N's Dad, there always seems something
