Feeling happier now as the Cadet just phoned. Typical he said to try Skype again but O/H had gone to the gym and had closed his computer down and I didn't have the password. Oh well at least I got to wish him a happy birthday. Looks like he's had a good day !

Morning - been sorting the recycling boxes + wheelie bin ready to put out for tomorrow's collection. How can just 2 people have so much rubbish?

Found a few unopened mail order catalogues yesterday so have been labelling as 'Unsolicited Mail' ready to pop back in the postbox so that I don't get any more. Started this a while back and seems to work - for now.

Got some new listings up yesterday, you'll be pleased to hear Sarge Hoping to do a few more later today.

The Cadet looks really happy and relaxed!! So nice to see someone on R&R like that!

Rainy here..................just spitting down, but it was so windy last night. Didn't sleep more than a few hours, and my bad dreams woke up Philpott. So am being a bit lazy today. I gave all the indoor and outdoor staff the day off. Phillpot is out inspecting the troops, so I have no clue who will make lunch.

good afternoon all, don't know where the morning went/ its turned chilly so have put the small radiator on to keep the chill away, Here our road is a carpet of leaves, didn't beleive the 2 tall trees oposite us could produce so many leaves. all turning Yellow, Hope Majesty found there were some leaves left in the grounds.

Sgt glad you heard from cadet, he certainly is looking content.

Am just going to start geting the next lot ready for scanning & listing.

Glad to hear the numbers are staying up have done our relists.

Good morning! Daughter is coming for a visit, so need to make sure the guest room is clutter free. I am off to the canteen shortly. I can offer croissants to go with the tea and coffee. After that I will have to turn my attention to making Quince and apple jelly. I just hope it will set. So now starts the day....

Morning - think the jet lag effect is back as awake at 3am and could I get back to sleep properly; so feeling a bit ragged around the edges so please don't shout.

Made a start on my YDC listings yesterday + must remember to start tweeting as well.

Think I have to go to Tesco this morning for the Old Sailor so better get a move on as the District Nurse is also due for his flu jab!
