It sure is quiet on the eBid forums these days.
Time for more coffee.

I am away in Germany, as it were. Creating pictures of a huge pile of German stamps, and then listing them. Hoping to emerge from under the pile before September arrives, but at least my german is improving.

It certainly is quiet Marie. Meebo's usual very kind kitchen duty is sorely missed while she is enjoying a well deserved holiday so I'll put the kettle on instead for those who might want tea. Coffee is ready now.

Humm I'm not sure I'm going to get paid by my Dutch customer. She doesn't speak much English but has been emailing me questions all week and implied she was in a hurry for the items so I sent an invoice as soon as the last item finished. I didn't hear anything back so asked her if she got the invoice. She said she couldn't find it so I directed her on how to open it. I then get this email saying I'm going to England, can I buy you too?. What on earth does that mean ? Should I tell her I'm not for sale ?! I do hope it's not a non paying buyer as I spent ages packing everything carefully to achieve the lowest postage rate for her.

I believe there are some uniforms with stripes Private Cheaver ... I'm sure it could be arranged !

Cheaver, thanks for putting the kettle on , am afraid have been in between listing have been keeping the gardeners happy with coffee as they are cutting all the bushes & trees down to a state that we can then handle.

Have listed 9 more this morning & have a bid on one sgt, but have more than made up for it.

Hi everyone. I could use a "special" coffee. That might be what the doctor ordered.

On the eBid front ... I'm going to do some listing again. What to list? That is the question. So many items to list.

It's still so smoky and cloudy here. Air quality isn't good. I feel for those affected by the horrible fires. I was up early and had thought about going to the park to see if any birds are around. It's been I while since I've been over there. I think I'll pass on the outside walk today.

We are home and after a dull and cloudy weekend, the sun is now out!

MoHo is emptied and washing is done and dried ready for next trip - whenever that is

Took my Holiday Notice off and immediately had 5 sales - sorry Sarge. Will replace soonest, I promise.
