Good morning! Well, I have been awake for 3 hours and up for 2. Been reading my Agatha Christie book (should finish it today) while Microsoft was updating. I hope it will be beneficial. Off to the canteen now. I feel like emptying a very large pot of tea. Blue sky again, so better water my flower pots

Morning - we have blue skies and sunshine with a cooling breeze for now. Still feels a bit sticky and humid, though.

Hope I don't have to make a quick trip into town for the Old Sailor [usually avoid it if I can on Fridays due to the weekend coast traffic] as I see himself has taken my car to work. No idea what's wrong with his ............

No idea what's happening today, so enjoying my mug of tea and no doubt will be having another before long

Off to the barber's shortly. Breakfast was had outside. It was very funny to watch 2 juvenile squirrels playing on the grass. Barney enjoys the outside too - there is so much greenery it's easy for him to hide

Buttons so sorry about the swelling I would guess the weather doedn't help, or is it one of your meds not helping, also suppose we do drink more in the heat
