Oh, moonie. That must be unsettling! Hopefully it will just show what a lovely heart you have!!

Good morning! Moonie, if they find something that is not right, at least they'll know what to do (hopefully). I have just come back from the canteen and left breakfast ready. Fresh bread, coffee and tea. And I can't have any of that till I come back from my GP after a blood test. I am now going to have a shower and get myself dressed. I will try and pop back later
Morning - it's a tad windy out there with worse to come as Storm Doris makes herself felt. I won't be going far today.
Had a lovely message from Vancouver last night - our son and grandson will be here for Christmas! And having given all our Christmas decs away last year to a local playgroup, looks like we may have to think of replacing some of them !
But plenty of time for that.
Have all a good day and take care if you meet Doris.
Glad they are going to test that you are still alive Private Moon ! As Meebo said, at least you will be in the right place if they do find anything.
I'm now the proud owner of six NHS dressing on various parts of my anatomy, three stitches and feeling rather sore. I've also got to be referred to a hand surgeon. Not that impressed that the NHS cuts seem to mean no absorbent protection is used these days (either that or the doctor was too lazy !) and I had to walk back to my car in blood soaked clothes !!! I might just have to take a trip to the mess to dull the pain !

Sorry, Sgt you are not very happy with your hospital treatment, hope you don't have to much blooded clothes to cope with, its strange they seem to use different dressing these days.
Hope everyone will be able to catch up on sleep, there seems a lot that we all keep waking up & finding hard to go back to sleep.
Sgt enjoyed your family show of sking, they obviously had a good time.
Annie be lovely for you to see the family for Christmas.
Am pleased to say have done relists for us both & now am going to start listing again, somer is scanning to then list so its a busy pleace here today.
How minor was the surgery? 'Blood soaked' clothes doesn't sound minor to me.

This is Eastbourne Hospital...where they knew I had heart failure and sent me home with no treatment and no follow up appointment.
It's been almost a year and I have had no contact with the cardiac team until now.
The local GP practice had the echo results from last year since early April and I didn't get a diagnosis until November when I had to ask for a scan
Things MIGHT have improved since then, moonie. Anyway, good morning. Hope it'll turn out to be a nice day. I am going to be busy making a large cheesecake - my contribution to a silver wedding party tomorrow. And I bought some more blood oranges yesterday, so another batch of marmalade is coming up. So by the looks of things I'll be spending the day in the kitchen starting with tea and coffee making. I managed to complete a couple of small projects yesterday, so will aim to do a bit more of that later today and clear a few things. That would be really satisfying. I shall now head for the canteen
