Just started to rain again in North Wales Annie.
Maple Mike has managed to get three rings working but one won't turn off so we are working it from the main cooker socket, the one with the water in has been disconnected, good job mike knows about electrics ( through being a sewing machine mechanic) Will get a new cooker after the holiday, this hob sits on top of a cupboard so that will have to be taken out and ceramic tiles laid where the cupboard was before the new cooker can be shoved it the gap, the cupboard base will then go on the other side of the kitchen where the tank / airing cupboard was, the floor there will also need tiling, at least i did buy a load of extra tiles at the time.( this house is trying to kill us ) of course this will all happen when I have had hold of my roofer by the neck.
