Good morning. And no rain! But I am wearing a jumper rather than a t-shirt, not really what I would expect in May. A busy day in the kitchen, I think, as I plan to make a bit more jam and also bread. But first the tea and coffee to start the day

Yes, just a bit tired and run down. Been ultra busy for the last couple of weeks and it is catching up.
Hope everyone else is fine today. Need to take my YDC photoraphs and finish my listings

Sun shining brightly, no rain and warmer than it has been - but very cold for May!

Did you get to Glasgow on Monday Penni?

Feeling more cheerful today after a few weeks of doom and gloom
-I only had to look at something and it broke, dropped and just stopped working.
Hopefully getting back to whatever passes for normal ...

Morning after another night of rain - the garden's beginning to look like a forest with all this watering !

Same here buttons - himself never reads the instructions when putting something together - except in extremis.

The day job again today + get the recycling boxes ready for putting out tonight. It's amazing how much paper, plastic and glass [wine bottles] that just 2 people can get through in a week - but only 1-2 small bags of kitchen rubbish compared to our neighbours with over flowing wheelie bins.

I am fed up of seeing rubbish as well Annie, much preferred one bin emptied once a week than all these stupid little bags and boxes, if they want rubbish sorting they should do it there darn selves instead of having us struggling to do it, remind me why we pay counsel tax. sorry grumpy this morning through being woken up three timed during the night through no fault of mine bleerdy men, snoring and wriggling about because his legs hurt, not his fault but it's not mine either......I need sleep.

Buttons hope you get a chance to catch up on your sleep!

Annie yes the gardens are at least growing but glad we don't have a lawn to worry about the weeds are doing well.

Right housework done now time to list.

OMG you will never guess what my bizarre oldest son has bought now ?! A motorised self balancing unicycle !!!!!!! I'm just dreading the crashes he's going to have. The only good thing is I had a go yesterday and I think it's going to take him a long time to master it ! There's never a dull moment in this household.

Managed to get a bit of gardening in yesterday but came in just in time as we had a huge hail storm and then thunder and lightening. I'll be getting my snow gear out next !
