i got up at 5am and ran aroun d trying to tidy up a bit before the care assesment people came then at 9.30 Pete's carer came to take us out. I had gotten mixed up again the care assesment is tomorrow! Still got a diabetic review at 4 and i know they are going to nag me cos my levels are high and i've put on weight since november. Going for a wee lie down until 3ish i think. Lost none
