When you first list the item, you choose the category. Choose Charity Auctions. Then it give you a choice of WHICH charity auction,......choose YDC.

Good morning! I stood on the scales this morning and I was shocked. I must lay off my German purchases and / or get more exercise. I did manage to finish the piece of lace, so now I need to find a small frame for it and then I can send it as a rather late wedding present. Off to do canteen duty next. I must say, I am parched. No plans for today except our gardener is due if it isn't raining. So have a good day

yes it is a bit warmer ann got a builder coming in , well anytime now to do an estimate woke me up as he has got to put his estimate in for 12, he didnt even know what the job was as he hasn't even read the spec, this is going to be good, so now i am being put out because he isn't on top of things, doesn't say much if he didnt know what he is coming for does it.

Don't worry Private Meebo I'm still having trouble with my uniform buttons too after Christmas and Portugal. I've still got 3lbs of that to lose before I can even tackle the rest of it ! Being stuck inside in this miserable weather doesn't help either. I'm looking forward to spring and some warmth and being able to get some gardening done.

Chuckle, does this mean we are going to get another building saga Private Buttons ? I always enjoy those, not funny for you I know but it is good entertainment value !

Good morning all, sorry didn't report yesterday, but ached so much that after dog walking I went back to bed for the morning & actually slept, but don't want to make a habit of it.

Have managed to do the relists for us both & somer has had 2 bombs go off, so we have to go to post later.

Well at last it has stopped rainning but don't know for how long, but at least can not worry about having to water the pots of plents.

Hope to get a bit more listing done today.

Good morning! Hope everyone is well. I have done kitchen duty so tea and coffee are ready and I can offer bread I made yesterday. I hope it is still as nice as it was then. I had a letter yesterday with an appointment for another CT scan. It has taken so long to come through that I forgot about it. Or maybe I just wanted to forget....Anyway, that is in 2 weeks and then there is a bit more waiting for the results. Enough of that. I am hungry. I might just have to pick somer's brain later, as I have inherited a bundle of postcards and don't really know what to do with them

Another damp, miserable morning and I haven't filled the washing machine yet!

Same here - I've been sorting the Old Sailor's memorabilia from his time in the Fleet Air Arm in WW2 which includes postcards from Ceylon c.1945. His battle group was on their way out to the Far East after VE Day for the re-taking of Singapore and were out in the Andaman Sea on battle exercise when the Japanese surrendered. He was in Ceylon for about 6 months before returning home via Scotland in 1946. [Home being in Cambridgeshire]

Time for another mug of tea.
