Morning all, another good looking day down here in Kent, sounds like it's going to be a prolonged spell of warm stuff too - as long as I can get some sleep at night I can handle..... I've already had one bad night this week; sounds like it's a week for sleeplessness..

    Morning' everyone.
It's chilly this morning, I'm looking forward to the heat wave next week!

Congrats on your new little granddaughter Penni, can't wait to see the photo's. What a beautiful name she has.

My granddaughter Emma have birth to a little girl yesterday, she is to be called Daisy Rae (sounds like a country and western singers name to me) Lol!
I now have 3 great granddaughters and 1 great grandson - eek!
Who muttered they must breed like rabbits?

Erm, now we all know that the sarge has so much silver stashed away in her quarters that she has to get up and polish it all at 3am, I think we need extra guard duty. Otherwise, it could end up in the Quartermaster's stores

Morning all well yes was chilly here 1st thing but now its a warm wind, so hopefully we will get good weather if the forcast is right, longs can sleep can cope.

Went & started trying to get some order into somers Mums garden, just at least if we can get the front tided up will be better, think we will spend the weekend doing it as well, the apple trees there seem to have started an early july drop, hopefully we will have some good apples this year.

Relists done, & will try & do some listing next.

Unfortunately most of it is silver plate and rubbed pretty thin. (If it was solid I would be sunning myself in the south of France by now !
) I would love to get rid of it but it came from my grandfather's electro plating factory in London where my mum worked during the war so I feel a bit duty bound to keep the stuff as a family history momento.

Feeling a bit better now as managed to grab 4 hours sleep this morning.

Congrats on the great grand cadet Private Tropical !

Thanks for the congrats Sarge and Penni.
Here she is, little Daisy Mae, already following in her great grandmothers habit of giving a scowl and the middle finger to onlookers!
Not to mention the clenched fist .....

Good morning. All those babies appearing is lovely. Congratulations to all the new grannies and great grannies. And I mustn't forget the parents
I have been up for a little while contemplating what I will do today. Outside it is quite grey, we will see how that develops: more grey or sunshine. I might even get to list another YDC item or two, and then there is a long list of projects waiting to be started. Where do I start? Best go to the canteen and put the kettle on. It might help me to make a decision
