At least the rain has stopped here to so I might get my plants in at long last. Finished getting my pottery shop free of the dreaded photobucket links yesterday, thank goodness, so now clattering around in my kitchenalia shop !

Ello troops. Thanks for the special coffee Private Kite I need it. Feeling a bit down, tonight will probably be the last time I see Cadet Malcolm before he leaves Bath as he and fiance leave their flat to head for Devon in six days time. Then it will be the wedding and off round the world for ten months ! It's not quite the same as when he went to university because then I knew I would see him every couple of months, it's going to be strange not having him around for nearly a year. I'm going to miss him.

Caused myself a bit of headache with changing passwords yesterday and I now can't get into my main Paypal account - and that's only a small part of the bigger story as it appears my personal website has been hacked and my web host's serves infiltrated to the tune of over 400 email accounts hacked and millions of spam emails sent out! Hence the change of passwords....... Backing up everything and then I'm doing a system restore back to this time yesterday - wish me luck!

Thanks for the cuppa, here its horrible & wet but, keep seeing articles that saying August is going to be very hot, don't mind some heat but hope there idea is wrong.

Am afraid I've had a non payer wouldn't mind but it was a £35 cigarrete card set. So thats a real good start.

Sgt hope you have your hat ready for the wedding, Hopefully the cadet will keep in touch while away, must be nice to be able to take off.

Hello folks, not been here for a while. I've just been reading some of the posts on the promote your YDC listings forum page and it is quite depressing. This month we have only had just over 50 items listed from just 13 listers. I know we have lost some of our longtime YDC supporters but this is still a very poor effort. Does anybody out there have any answers?

I'm not being facetious books, but it depends what you mean by answers? Reasons why support has dropped?
How to encourage greater participation? How to get previous supporters back? So many factors....

it's summer time?
some folks are not well?
etc etc
