Bigger and Better

After all our hard work over the summer and the great site re-launch, we are very excited to announce the brand new eBid Blog! We can’t wait to get going. This is a space designed with you in mind. With fresh new articles and great content created just for you, the blog will grow and develop over time into a catalogue of topics you can dip into any time. While we keep you up to date with all the exciting goings-on here at eBid, this will also become the place where you can find great articles about the things that interest you: buying, selling, ecommerce, everything sellers, collectors and hobbyists need and want to know. So if you are into classic cars, stamps, toys, collectors edition VHS tapes or anything else you can imagine, make sure to stay tuned and watch this space.

Sharing

Our new blog is going to make it easier to share on social networks so if you have enjoyed a certain post or any of our great new content, you will be able to show your appreciation by sharing on Facebook, Twitter, Google+ and all the usual social suspects. Let’s get spreading the word about eBid across all the platforms.

Connecting

We have also also made*some changes to our forums. We have moved back to*vbulletin V4 because of the well-documented issues we had with vBulletin V5. V4*will be a huge improvement after our recent experiences. Another feature to return is the 'reply' function, so that we can generate more of a conversation between our users and us here at eBid HQ. Of course, we’ll also be including chat pages about our various categories that will be a great space for our members to interact and network.

Updates

The blog will be updated regularly with all kinds of posts like featured seller stories, seasonal selling, hot topics and ‘how to’ guides. Whatever you need to know in order to get the best out of eBid, this will be the place to start.
