We are in rural South Texas, near the small town of Sandia. To give you some better idea, the next bigger town is Corpus Christi, another 35 miles south.Further North there is San Antonio, about a 100 miles away.

KVM Switches:
We sell into 3 different markets:

  • Graphics and Engineering design work demands as much screen real estate as possible. Dual head video cards allow to split the display between 2 monitors. Our switches support 2 or 4 machines. Various models cover analog (CRT) or digital (LCD) output.
    Switch kits allow us to support Quad (4) monitors and Dual (2) monitors with up to 8 PC.
  • Are you using more than one machine at home and would like to share your digital LCD monitor between them, these latest technology switches can do just that, at a very attractive price. Some versions allow to switch speaker and microphone connections, too, improving your multimedia experience. And a built-in USB hub lets you share your USB devices between all connected machines.
  • If you have to administer a bank of servers you will apreciate working with only one monitor, keyboard, and mouse. You will be more efficient and you will save space and cost, too. Models with 8 or 16 ports with daisychain option can be used to control up to 256 machines.
  • Remote control from anywhere in the world is possible with our IP Extender.
    Sometimes the last resort is to cycle power on a server. Remote Power Control allows you to do that from anywhere, no need to be on location.Our 8-port controller can be used most comfortable with the KVM extender or over a phone line. Cascadability allows you to add in 8-port increments for a total of 128 devices.


Mobility Products

from Pentax and other manufacturers, PocketJet 3 printers and accessories, extremely compact scanners with 600 dpi hardware resolution powered off the USB port in single and doublesided options.

CPU upgrades
from UpgradeWare and other manufacturers for Slot 1, Socket 423, 370, and "A".
Adapters are sold with or without CPU and/or fan assembly. Careful selection of different heatsink/fan assemblies allows us to optimize for the intended use.
Adapters with CPU come assembled and configured, most of them get tested, too. Orders for out of country shipments get always tested to minimize the risk of a bad part and associated return cost.

Payment Options:
PayPal
We accept PayPal from confirmed addresses only, no exceptions. Your shipping address needs to match the confirmed address.
Credit Cards
We do our own credit card processing, independent of PayPal. Your card billing address needs to match the shipping address. And we use the security code on your card, depending on support by the card provider.
Here are three ways to supply card information:

A secure way is using the shopping cart on any of our websites, http://www.ts.nu/, techsp.net. You don't need to order the exact matching item, you will not find that in many cases anyway. Just order  a similar item or a totally unrelated item, maybe some minor part of insignificant value.
It really doesn't matter, the only important thing is that you supply in the "Special Instructions" field of our shopping cart the Ebiditem # of your winning bid. You can give us additional information there, too:  Accelerated Shipping or Delivery Options with UPS like a signature are examples.
We will adjust pricing, shipping etc. to the bid conditions, the order itself will be discarded. The shopping cart is just a vehicle to supply your card data in a secure way.

You can send your card data by fax to 281-966-1773.

Finally you can call us at 800-864-5391 and supply everything by phone. We will call you back if you can't use the 800 number. Or you can send us an email with your phone # and the best time to call.

Money Order or Cashier Check
can be mailed in as payment for your winning bid.

Personal or Company checks
are accepted, too. There will be a 10 work day clearing period.

Electronic checks
are available through our Shopping Cart. We get notification of your payment as quick as with other payment methods. But without additional information like bank details, verifiable shipping address, and phone number release of your order will not be any quicker than just mailing in your check.

Credit Card payments:
Please supply card number, expiration date and security code. Card Billing Address needs to match shipping address. Every address will be verified!
PayPal:
Your shipping address needs to be confirmed with PayPal. No confirmed address? With your cooperation we can try to confirm your shipping address, independent of PayPal.
Payments from outside the U.S.A.: There will be a 1.5% charge on the total bid amount since we have to pay a substantially higher cross-border rate to PayPal! 

Shipping options:
We can ship with UPS, FEDEX or Postal Service. Or we can ship on your account using these shippers and DHL/Airborne. Very attractive: Postal Express Mail, low cost, no dimensional charges and 3 - 5 days turnaround to most locations.
Canada:
Rates are based on published US Postal rates + $4 handling + insurance coverage at USPS rates. Also included is a 1.5% charge on total to compensate for PayPal's cross-border fee, about 1.5%. Subtract this fee if not using PayPal.
On Credit Card and PayPal payments we will ship with tracking only.
Europe and other areas:
We are offering our products on all available ebid sites.

Our History:
We started out as tech-specialities Co in 1986, designing and manufacturing add-on parts for ATARI computers. In addition to memory upgrades for 520 and 1040 models we did produce hard drive storage units and custom cases. We had some successful years with rapidly increasing sales but then Atari lost out in the race for market share. Consequently our sales, tied to the success of Atari, went down, too.
From 1990 to 92 we did consulting work on a leak detection system for underground storage tanks.
We incorporated in 1992.
From then on we moved into the ever-expanding PC market with sales of complete machines, parts, service work, and consulting.
In 97 we created our first website, and started to sell over the Internet.
