HeartLand DVD is committed to providing a great eBid experience. We're a mom and pop operation that sells a limited number of family friendly DVD's so we provide personal service for all of our auctions. We package the DVD's carefully and hand deliver them to the Post Office within hours of receiving an order so you always get great service.
All orders are shipped using USPS 1st Class mail (generally 2-3 day service) with Delivery confirmation so you'll be able to keep track of the progress of your order. If you are not satisfied with any purchase, we'll gladly issue a prompt refund.
