Running a small business right now, currently have 3 non fee shops running. I wont list them though, Just realised its not allowed lol.

Anyway, I'm from Newcastle, I'm 25. Have ran a game shop in the past but margins were too small, so decided to go online instead. Currently work full time as a maintenence man for a big Nursing Home company and do this Online business part time. Hoping to eventually leave work and go full time with my business (we can all dream huh?)

All of my free time is either spent with my daughters and my girl friend or working on my business. Look forward to getting to know everyone.

I have a very simple returns policy, If an item is faulty I will gladly accept a return and have the item fixed, if that is not possible I will supply the buyer with an exact item or an equivalent item (only if they agree) If all else fails I will give a full refund, However I will need the item returned to me in all original packaging before a refund is issued. I have extensive photograph material of every item I sell on E-Bid and therfore know exactly what item was sent, All returns are subject to clearence of it being the right item.

Discounts? I'm willing to give discounts on multiple buys. Right now I'm offering a 20% Reduction from postage price on two or more items.

All of my electronic products are in physical stock in the UK. This means that when you order a product it is currently already in the UK, There wont be any long 12-14 day delivery times.

If you change your mind on a product/item that is fine, I will issue a refund immediately if the item is yet to be dispatched. However if the item has been dispatched the Customer will be liable to pay the returning fees to have it delivered back to me. I will issue a refund on receipt of the goods.

All of my electronic products...Mobile/cell phones, Mp3 & MP4 players, all come with a 12 month warranty. I prefer to be paid via PayPal however other options are available.
