I won and paid for 2 separate auctions. Neither arrived after a month. Emailed ‘Sam’ who agreed to supply replacements. Lots of reminders later and despite a flood of new auctions, no replacements dispatched. Lots more chasing and eventually – 9 weeks later I got a refund. I am disappointed but at least I got my money back. There is clearly a shipping problem and you need to read T&C as refund is not guaranteed
