The Magazine is approximately 8-1/4 X 10-15/16 inches and 40 pages long.

This magazine is in good condition. Note that there is an address label on the front cover that I have blanked out the address in the picture. The address appears on the actual magazine. The top edge and the bottom corner of the magazine have been bent over. (see Photo). I see no other writing or marking in the magazine.
