The Magazine is approximately 8-1/4 X 10-15/16 inches and 40 pages long.

This magazine is in Good condition. Note that there is an address label on the front cover that I have blanked out the address in the picture. The address appears on the actual magazine. Both front and back covers have small dents and minor creasing. The front cover has a Small 1/2 inch rip in the lower corner and all the pages have a small fold in the same corner. (See Pictures). I see no other writing or marking in the magazine.
