This is a little foldable and some type of mystery game. There is a red piece of paper that looks like it decodes messages in the game. It is SEALED in the cellophane wrap. Really nice post sugar crisp collectcible.
Nothing wrong with the card, just cereal dust in the folds on the outside of the bag.
