Kellogg's Topo Gigio and Rosy have fun in Canada paint by numbers plaques RARE.
I could not find much onfo on this. It is very old from the 70's. I have the envelope it was mailed in marked 1970. It is unused in perfect condition. There is the outer foldout which has the paint swatches on the inside. Also a set of 11 faux wood framed photos to paint. Each measures 6 x 8. They are cardboard, all in great condition. There was a tiny paint brush also I forgot to include in the photo. Really nice vintage collectible item. Will be sent tracked.
