Hello there, Thank you for looking at my auctions.All items offered can be returned for a refund of the cost of purchase (excluding postage) providing they are returned in their original condition and packaging. As proof of postage may I kindly request that returned items are sent by recorded delivery. On all auctions there is a compulsory recorded and tracked delivery.(In some cases insured also) I appreciate that this raises the cost of postage but it protects the items from damage,confirms delivery and enables both myself and the buyer to keep a physical track of the purchased item's location.This protects the goods,the buyer and the seller and delivers a professional service. I trade on my own commercial website www.guitarholder.co.uk (currently under construction) and also Ebay.
